Fritzi's Heart & Soul BBQ

Fritzi's Heart & Soul BBQ founders are Oliver Harris III and Fritzi Harris who identified a need in the market for BBQ and Southern Soul Cuisine and developed the type of establishment needed in the Southwest Valley.  They started by providing services to the community through their catering business which was showing to be in great demand.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide good food and quality service to the people living, working and visiting the Southwest Valley.  We will offer southern style home cooking and BBQ, along with southern hospitality service.  Each person that visits Fritzi's Heart & Soul BBQ will be treated as though they are family.  We are dedicated to offer excellent and total customer satisfaction.

Our Business

Fritzi's Heart & Soul will provide quality dining five days a week.  We will be closed on Mondays and major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.  Our location will be open for lunch, dinner and catering.  All meals will be served in a warm friendly down home environment.
